- No Smoking inside Apartment allowed, Smoking only permitted in designated areas.
- No Parties allowed.
- No Excessive Noise allowed.
- No Pets allowed.
- No cash payments allowed on premises. 
- One Parking bay allocated for one unit. 
- We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
- The person who made the booking must be one of the guests staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation. Third-party bookings where the booker does not stay are not permitted.
- Company or corporate bookings made on behalf of contractors, employees or other third parties are not accepted. All bookings must be made by a guest who will personally stay in the unit.
- The person who made the booking must present a valid photo ID (South African ID book/card, passport or drivers license) at check-in. All other adult guests must also present valid photo ID. We are required by South African law to record these details.
- This self-catering unit has a strict maximum occupancy of 4 people. No additional guests are allowed under any circumstances. Requests for extra persons will be declined. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

- Only the guests whose names have been confirmed in advance may occupy the property. Unauthorised guests will be refused entry.
